Description of Dissemination Event:
During the award ceremony of the students who obtained their degree of qualification from the new regional system of vocational education and training, Mrs Barbara Degli Innocenti, head-teacher of the Vocational Institute “Sassetti/Peruzzi” in Florence, called on to act on the results of the new training model introduced by the reform. She referred to the European recommendations for fighting early school leaving, quoting, in particular, the activity of CIPAT in this field, and enhancing the School Safety Net Project as an initiative in the field of good teaching practices that contribute to innovate and optimize the schools' activities, especially vocational schools, which are working to help reduce early school leaving.
