DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS
How to have a positive and constructive perspective and how to mobilise the potential of the student? How to listen to them and make them aware of how they work? How to make them responsible of their choices and acts? …

In a first part, the book proposes an approach and concrete leads to practice school coaching of young people and adopt an attitude that can bring changes.

In a second part, the author suggests a framework adapted to school coaching, in order to delineate its perimeter in the multitude of coaching possibilities and define its particular intervention field. Because for them, commanding tools such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) or transactional analysis (TA) or be a coach are not enough to be a school coach.
