The story happened in Puente Genil , in the 2012-2013 school year.

The student belongs to a family at risk of social exclusion. The student consistently attends school neat bad (smells bad) , badly dressed and steals the sandwich to classmates for not eating at home.
He was a student at risk, to social services had to remove the student 's family temporarily. The school followed a monitoring protocol. Unwashed student returns to alarms at school, and therefore teachers again contact with social services.
The actions taken to resolve the situation were repeated meetings with family, direct attention to students and new case referral to Social Services.
Also some problems in this case, like family refusal to cooperate with the school and social services, in order to improve the situation occurred. Moreover, the family does not attend meetings with the school 's vision to the family if the child is that teachers do not want the student in school.
The student has always had the full support of the school, to a lesser extent from social services and administration. Although it is a recidivist family, action protocol still lingering in excess, is not taken into account the previous history of the family.
After intervention with family are improvements in student status for seasons and it 's mother finally decides to change the student school.
