Message: This story is difficult but finishes with a successful end . When a student does not want to go to school and feel compelled to do , is when a feeling of rejection of everything associated with the school is created. So I salute this group of colleagues who give students knew what I needed. Teachers offered students a close and feasible solution , since in many cases we tend to lock ourselves in to continue studying , it will be better for it , and we ignore what students want or need at the time. Once you are provided the opportunity to study in order to work the students responded positively.
It was such a positive experience, as recounted in the history teacher , the student wants to study again. I think we often have to let people find their time. Maybe this student did not want to study because the prevailing situation was not right , and thought more about solving the situation in training for a better future.
The key, in my opinion, is that teachers try to listen to students, be close to them and introduce ourselves as solutions not problems . Try the school climate is positive , so that the school will become a nice place to go . If this occurs , students will have us for any situation , and you get " hooked " to the school , creating a true school community.

Message: This experience reminds me a lot of guys I worked with . Some students also have learning difficulties, these students also coincides live a good situation at home . Many students want to stop studying because they think they can fix so poor economic situation of the family . Students are seeking work to improve the situation of the family, and to renounce it to a better future for them . In these cases the operation is very important
the school , because there are times that the students themselves are not consistent with the decisions made , and later repent students . In school history, they have performed very well , as they searched for suitable solutions to the specific situation , and so in the end they were able to achieve the goal .
In Spain we have the professional training and learning studies are aimed at integration , rehabilitation and renovation work , the main objective is to increase and adapt the knowledge and skills of current and future workers over a lifetime. Currently in most countries is known as Vocational Education and Training , Castilian translation of Vocational Education and Training (VET ) .
In many countries vocational training system is an alternative to higher education .
To do this, usually found three subsystems of vocational training :
Specific Vocational Training or Initial : intended , in principle, the group of students of the school system decides to direct his steps towards the workplace, aimed at employment.
Vocational Training (FPO ) : intended for collective that then become unemployed , aimed at the reintegration of the person.
Continuing Vocational Training ( FTE): intended for active workforce , aimed at acquiring greater powers that allow continuous updating of the worker to the job or opt plays another , which ultimately boils down to a increase their employability.
These options are very useful in cases such as this .

Final Partners’ meeting
The fourth partners’ meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 15 December 2014. The meeting had the objective to check the activities carried out since the third meeting of the project and share and assess the in progress results. A special focus has been dedicated to the presentation of the strategies to solve the case scenarios.
