Guideline for Head Teachers

7. School Dynamics that Work

Make sure you contribute to the creation of a multicultural inclusive school culture.
Value each and every single immigrant student cultural pattern and heritage.
Make sure you develop different initiatives addressed to the immigrant students and their families.
Educate teachers in adjusting their education to pupils of different ethnic origin.
Do not just tolerate the difference, cultivate it.
Include the principles of diversity and gender equality in school rules and condemn and correct sexist acts and words.

Final Partners’ meeting

The fourth partners’ meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 15 December 2014. The meeting had the objective to check the activities carried out since the third meeting of the project and share and assess the in progress results. A special focus has been dedicated to the presentation of the strategies to solve the case scenarios.
