DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS
This research was implemented in order to determine the abandonment of school and the reasons of it among second graders in primary schools. The data of this research is gathered by the descriptive survey model prepared by the researchers. During the process, 16 randomly chosen schools from three different areas were evaluated. Overall, the survey was implemented on 90 pupils. According to the results, it has been shown that around %16.1 of the pupils are tend to drop out the school. At the end of the research, it is possible to say that the gender and also disturbing attitudes and behaviors of the pupils are determining points in dropping out school.
COMMENTS ON THIS PUBLICATION
The research is useful as it considers the problem in two different perspectives. The first one is, it deals with the problem itself, the second perspective is it gives explicit information about researches in order to prevent the occurrence of such problems. By listing up the problems, it has provided a better way to find solutions and there are also strategies listed which serve to level down the rate of dropouts. Based on these grounds, this research is beneficial as well as for educators and also for pupils.

Final Partners’ meeting

The fourth partners’ meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 15 December 2014. The meeting had the objective to check the activities carried out since the third meeting of the project and share and assess the in progress results. A special focus has been dedicated to the presentation of the strategies to solve the case scenarios.
