DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS
Research illustrates that in most of OECD countries, the immigrant 15-year-old students has a worse success in reading skills than the students coming to this country before becoming 5 years old. At the same time, the research shows that if the children’s mother tongue is different from that of the country which is immigrated, they will become less successful in the field of reading. Moreover, it is also mentioned in the research that the immigrant students coming from other countries where the same language is spoken and there is a similarity in terms of the degree of improvements don’t pay the fine for coming later. Research also illustrates that the parents don’t take the children’s educational development into consideration when they want to migrate which has the possibility of resulting in negative effects on the children. Considering seriously that desiring the beneficial helping costs against migration policies that make the family postpone to be together again will be really helpful in solving this problem.
