DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIENCE
The protagonist of this story is a student who did not have good results in school grades. The story happened in the year 2003-2004, in Granada. After obtaining suspensas subjects in previous years, the school management team decided that the student had to repeat 4th ESO (compulsory secondary education). Students had many learning problems, these were due to the lack of study in previous years, so that the gap was very obvious level compared to age peers. In addition the student had family problems, as had recently been his brother died tragically in an accident, a fact that had affected the student. For this amount of situations, the student decided to leave school at the beginning of the course.
The school tried to stop the situation with measures such as family visits (sore from the accident under review). In these meetings the student got back to class after a month and a half without appearing by the institute. This student passed the ESO (compulsory secondary education). Moreover, the student decided to study and issued a module of mechanics in an institute in Loja.
Today the boy is steady work in a workshop of the municipality where you live, a major automotive company in Loja (Granada).
The success of this event is the work of teachers and their efforts for the good of the student. It is also important cooperative work with the family, trying to reach an agreement to improve the situation of the student and that otherwise no worse.

Message: Congrats to Jose, who with his effort the young student found a way to come up against all his problems.
The success of a student at school depends to so many factors and one of the most important is the good psychology of the kid.
