Guideline for Policy Makers

9. Monitoring and Evaluation

Continuous evaluation of the strategies implemented is necessary to ensure their efficiency.

Define a monitoring and evaluation methodology.
Try to use either qualitative or quantitative methodologies – if possible establish comparative studies among school and different communities and take those studies to the level of the municipality.
Write yearly evaluation reports and identify potential best practices that may inspire others.
Disseminate the results of the overall evaluation process.

Final Partners’ meeting

The fourth partners’ meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 15 December 2014. The meeting had the objective to check the activities carried out since the third meeting of the project and share and assess the in progress results. A special focus has been dedicated to the presentation of the strategies to solve the case scenarios.
