10. The Final Outcome as a Planned Success

Any subject involved in the carried out activities, from the first moment to the last, works for a positive outcome, and provides elements for evaluating the path in order to fight early school leaving. These elements have to be related to the individualized aspect of the educational and training system.
The group that worked during the experience assesses the various phases of the work and works out a series of dissemination events and shared considerations that identify strengths and weaknesses. The various stages of the path are the check- list on which we have to build future individualized pathways and support future teaching activity.

Final Partners’ meeting

The fourth partners’ meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 15 December 2014. The meeting had the objective to check the activities carried out since the third meeting of the project and share and assess the in progress results. A special focus has been dedicated to the presentation of the strategies to solve the case scenarios.
